Rope dangling from the sky

If I was to see a red rope dangling from the sky I would pull the rope and see what happens. If I pulled the rope and I had 2 choices and the choice was to become a rich person but in return you had to kill 3 dogs, “I would so not pull the rope because I love dogs and plus I had a dog for my birthday.”
